Forecast: Dry but comfortable tonight

Southwest Florida will continue with dry and generally comfortable weather this evening and overnight tonight. Keep in mind that with humidity levels where they’re at and a noticeable breeze, our region’s wildfire threat is considered to be high particularly in Lee and Charlotte. Folks in these communities should be mindful of the risk and do what they can to keep fire mitigation in mind (properly extinguishing cigarettes, not parking over grassy areas, using caution with ATVs and chains on trucks, etc).

Conditions tonight will be comfortable with lows falling into the upper 50s region-wide.

On Tuesday our weather once again looks overall nice. Mainly sunny sky conditions will stick around as afternoon highs peak in the low 80s.

A modest warming trend and increase in humidity can be expected through the middle of the week and toward Thursday and Friday.  Rain opportunities will remain less than 20% however until the second half of the weekend.
