Naples Beach Club could be replaced by luxe hotel company

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — After 75 years of hotel service, the Naples Beach Club on Gulfshore Boulevard is soon to be a thing of the past.

If you want to stay at the Naples Beach Club Hotel, you have until May 23. That’s when it will close its doors after 75 years.

Although nothing is set in stone, the Athens Group has a letter of intent with the luxury hotel company Four Seasons.

The Athens Group said it’s goal is to mitigate construction impacts to neighbors if their plan comes to fruition. Demolition hours would be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Right now, the Naples Beach Hotel has 319 rooms with 104 acres of green space, including an 18-hole golf course and six tennis courts.
