This page is devoted to helping you get your COVID-19 vaccine from one of the various sources currently giving shots.

Who is eligible for a vaccine?

Anyone 18+
Frontline healthcare workers
Law enforcement officers & first responders
Long-term care facility residents & staff
K-12 employees & staff can be vaccinated at federal pharmacy vaccination sites and FEMA sites
People under 18 can also be vaccinated if they are deemed medically vulnerable by a physician.

The vaccine is free of charge.

Pharmacies & Stores with COVID-19 vaccines

*Publix has paused the administration of Johnson & Johnson vaccinations, per FDA recommendation*

CVS: Click here to schedule an appointment with CVS or visit https://www.cvs.com/immunizations/get-vaccinated – If you do not have online access, you can call CVS customer service at 800-746-7287 to book an appointment.

CVS is immediately pausing its use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, per FDA and CDC recommendations due to blood clot concerns.

Walgreens: To make an appointment in Southwest Florida, visit walgreens.com/ScheduleVaccine or call 1-800-WALGREENS, which is available in English and Spanish.

Walmart / Sam’s Club: Appointments will be available online-only at walmart.com/COVIDvaccine. Select Sams Club locations will also offer the vaccine, you do not have to be a member to make an appointment.

Doctor’s Offices

Your doctor’s office may have vaccines available. Please call your primary care physician for your best options.

Proof of Residency

People with appointments will be required to prove they are a Florida Resident. You can prove residency by bringing a Florida Drivers License or Florida Identification Card. Anyone with an appointment can also bring two of the below items to prove residency:

A deed, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, mortgage payment booklet, or residential rental or lease agreement (Copies of deeds can be found on the Collier County Property Appraiser website).
A utility hook up or work order that is not more than 2 months old
A utility bill that is not more than 2 months old
Mail from a bank or other financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statements, that is no more than 2 months old
Mail from a government agency that is no more than 2 months old (This can include tax bills showing a Florida address. Tax bills can be found on the Collier County Property Appraiser website)
One of the above items from the individual’s parent, step-parent, legal guardian, or other person with whom the individual resides. You’ll also need a statement from the parent, step-parent, legal guardian, or other person stating that the person trying to get an appointment resides with him or her.

When reservations are available, people can call 866-200-3468 to set up an appointment. The phone lines get busy, be prepared to wait.

Collier County Vaccination Site – North Collier Regional Park Soccer Fields, 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, 34109 (MAP)

Appointments are required to get a vaccine. All appointments must be scheduled on Eventbrite.
