North Lauderdale armed carjacking leaves victim pleading for his life
NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla.–A man was injured in a carjacking and shooting in North Lauderdale on Wednesday.
Broward Sheriff’s Office released surveillance footage that captured the moments after the crime. The armed robber can be seen walking to the front of the car while the victim is on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim can be heard on the video begging for his life, “Don’t kill me. Please, don’t kill me.”
The robber then walked away, leaving the victim to crawl to safety.
Two cars then leave the scene, one of which belongs to the victim. The victim’s 2018 Mercedes-Benz was later recovered.
According to detectives, there could be two other suspects involved in the crime.
The carjacking happened around 3 a.m. on April 7.
