VIDEO: Gator strolls through North Fort Myers Publix parking lot
NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. – An alligator was caught on a camera crossing a Publix parking lot in North Fort Myers.
The gator was seen early Friday morning by Luke Vidal who captured the stroll on video at the Publix store at N Tamiami Trail and Del Prado Blvd.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) said if a gator is spotted to keep a safe distance and never feed or entice an alligator.
A nuisance alligator believed to be a threat to people, pets, or property can be reported to the FWC Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program (SNAP) at 1-866-FWC-GATOR.
