Naples City Council to discuss rooftop dining ordinance
NAPLES, Fla. – Dining could soon reach new heights in Naples.
The Naples City Council will be discussing a rooftop dining ordinance at Wednesday’s meeting. If approved, some restaurants on 5th Avenue would be able to expand their dining options.
But this isn’t the first time rooftop dining has been on the table. Around 20 years ago, restaurants on 5th Avenue were a not limited to ground level, until the council banned second and third floor dining due to noise complaints.
