Taco Bell to reuse hot sauce packets
CNN – Taco Bell is partnering with a recycling company to give its hot sauce packets a “spicier second life that doesn’t involve a landfill,” the fast food chain announced.
Taco Bell is hoping that by 2024, packaging used by its customers will be fully “recyclable, compostable, or reusable” across all of its 7,000 global locations. Its pilot program with TerraCycle is expected to shape its future recycling efforts.
