It happens — You get your COVID-19 vaccine, then lose the card that proves it. But, here are some simple steps to take to help keep track of your medical records. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine will remain on pause as an investigation continues on the recent reports of severe blood clots, NBC News reports. 1,000 people get COVID shot through Pelican Bay vaccine site

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – One thousand people got their vaccine at the Pelican Bay Community Center Tuesday. The vaccines were administered by the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District.
