(CNN) — Europe’s medicines regulator said it has found a possible link between the Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine and rare blood clots, but emphasized that the overall benefits of getting the shot outweigh the risks.

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – One thousand people got their vaccine at the Pelican Bay Community Center Tuesday. The vaccines were administered by the North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District.
North Collier Fire said they’ve vaccinated ten thousand people since vaccines were distributed. Deputy Chief Jorge Aguilera believes it wouldn’t be possible if they did not have an advanced life support service license.
“What was a battle years ago to provide care to the street turned out to be the key to be able to help our community during this pandemic,” Aguilera said.
